Experteer Overview In this role you join Deloitte’s Cyber Defense and Resilience team to lead and improve Cyber Incident Response programs for clients. You drive readiness, response, and recovery across cyber crises, while designing and delivering Crisis & Incident Response and Technical Resilience solutions. You will integrate and champion new offerings, mentor teams, and push continuous improvement in incident monitoring and response. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivering high-impact, standards-based security services. Compensation / Benefits * Lead full lifecycle cyber incident response engagements (investigation, containment, remediation, recovery) * Review deliverables and coordinate technical sessions for high-quality service * Prepare incident reports, documentation, and client communications with clarity and accuracy * Develop Crisis & Incident Response solutions aligned with ISO 27001, NIST, CIS to enhance readiness and recovery * Identify opportunities to optimize processes in monitoring, detection, and response * Supervise and mentor US and US-India team for effective delivery * Champion development of Deloitte’s Cyber Defense & Resilience offerings for Crisis & Incident Response and Technical Resilience * Drive continuous improvement using industry practices and tech-based tools * Provide thought leadership and training, contribute to security awareness initiatives * Lead and mentor teams to ensure effective technology risk management services Tasks * 10+ years hands-on experience in Cyber Defense & Resilience (incident response, resilience, cyber transformation programs) * BS/BA degree * Limited visa sponsorship may be available * Ability to travel up to 50% depending on client engagements Key requirements *
