Epic Willow Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role you will provide expert Epic Willow support to implement and optimize healthcare solutions for client projects. You will configure Epic modules, troubleshoot issues, and validate system performance while delivering training and documentation. You’ll often work on-call during US business hours and collaborate with a cross-functional team through the Project Delivery Model. This is an on-site, long-term client delivery role with limited travel and a focus on reliable, high-quality execution. Compensation / Benefits * Provide specialized Epic Willow expertise to implement and optimize healthcare solutions * Configure and customize Epic modules per project requirements * Troubleshoot Epic systems and resolve issues * Conduct system testing and validation for functionality and performance * Provide end-user training and support on Epic applications * Document configurations, workflows, and processes for future reference * Handle on-call Epic Willow support during US business hours Tasks * Current Epic Certification in Willow * 6+ years of Epic Willow analyst experience * Experience in build, go-live, implementation, workflows, troubleshooting, testing, and support * Strong technical documentation skills * Willingness to travel ~10% * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT/Engineering or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * reasonable accommodations for people with disabilities
