Cyber Identity - SailPoint Consultant - Security Engineer

Experteer Overview In this role, you support the design, deployment, and operation of SailPoint-based identity solutions within complex client environments. You contribute to governance for both human and non-human identities, including AI agents, while aligning with secure development practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into robust identity solutions and ensure delivery quality. Compensation / Benefits * Design, implement, integrate, and operate SailPoint IdentityIQ or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud in complex client environments * Configure and deploy SailPoint connectors, workflows, rules, and integration components including non-human identities as identity principals * Apply IAM engineering standards and secure development practices across governance, provisioning, certification, role management, and onboarding * Collaborate with client stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate requirements into technical solutions and manage scope, timelines, and delivery quality * Support governance and operational processes for human and non-human identities, covering lifecycle management, access certifications, credential rotation, deprovisioning, monitoring, and control improvements Tasks * 2+ years of experience in identity and access management, identity security, or cybersecurity * 2+ years of experience designing, developing, implementing, or architecting enterprise identity and access solutions * 1+ years of experience leading technical teams or workstreams delivering IAM architecture, engineering, or platform implementations * 2+ years of experience integrating IAM solutions with enterprise infrastructure and applications * Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, or Business * Ability to travel 25-50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
