Experteer Overview As a Security Engineer II on Deloitte’s Cyber Identity & Access Management team, you help design, implement, and operate SailPoint-based solutions in complex client environments. You will govern both human and non-human identities, including AI agents, to strengthen identity security at scale. You collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical IAM configurations and secure development practices. This role offers the chance to shape identity governance across provisioning, certification, and onboarding in a fast-paced, client-focused setting. You will work within a mission-driven team that protects clients’ data and digital trust through innovative identity solutions Compensation / Benefits * Design, implement, and operate SailPoint IdentityIQ or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud in complex environments * Configure connectors, workflows, rules, and integration components for governance of AI agents and non-human identities * Apply IAM engineering standards and secure development practices across governance, provisioning, certification, and onboarding * Collaborate with clients and product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions and manage scope and delivery * Support governance and operational processes for human and non-human identities across lifecycle management, certifications, credential rotation, deprovisioning, and monitoring Tasks * 2+ years in identity and access management, identity security, or cybersecurity * 2+ years designing or implementing enterprise IAM solutions * 1+ years leading technical teams or workstreams in IAM projects * 2+ years integrating IAM solutions with enterprise infrastructure and applications * Bachelor degree in computer science, cybersecurity, information security, engineering, IT, finance, or business * Ability to travel 25-50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * broad range of benefits * discretionary annual incentive program
