Cyber Palo Alto Networks Security Engineer/ Senior Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation

Experteer Overview In this role you help modernize client network security by delivering cloud-delivered zero trust architectures and Palo Alto Networks solutions. You will design, deploy, and optimize NGFW, Prisma Access, and centralized management, across on-premises and cloud environments, to strengthen security posture and enable secure transformation. You engage with cross-functional teams to translate technical concepts for stakeholders and drive secure digital initiatives. This is a client-facing role with impact across large enterprises and evolving threat landscapes. Compensation / Benefits * Design, deploy, and manage Palo Alto Networks NGFW across on-premises and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) * Implement and optimize Prisma Access capabilities (GlobalProtect, Prisma Agent, Prisma Browser) for internet and remote access * Administer Panorama and Strata Cloud Manager for centralized policy management and visibility * Configure and tune Threat Prevention, IPS/IDS, Anti-Spyware, Antivirus, WildFire, DNS Security, and SSL/TLS decryption policies * Develop client solution designs integrating Palo Alto platforms with SIEM/SOAR and identity tools; support automation via Terraform, Ansible, or Python Tasks * BA/BS in a technical field * PCNSE certification * 5+ years of network security engineering with Palo Alto technologies * 5+ years designing and managing NGFW in on-prem and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) * 3+ years designing, deploying, and managing Prisma Access (GlobalProtect, Prisma Agent, Prisma Browser) * 3+ years managing Panorama and Strata Cloud Manager * 3+ years configuring Threat Prevention features (IPS/IDS, Anti-Spyware, Antivirus, WildFire, DNS Security) * 3+ years implementing SSL/TLS decryption policies and certificate management * 3+ years defining and reviewing security policies and lifecycle * 3+ years with one or more cloud providers and their security toolsets (VM-Series in cloud-native architectures) * Ability to travel up to 50% Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * reasonable accommodations
