Cyber Palo Alto Networks Security Engineer/ Senior Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation

Experteer Overview In this role you will help clients modernize network security with cloud-native zero-trust architectures. You will work within the Cyber Enterprise Security team to design, deploy, and optimize Palo Alto Networks solutions across on-prem and cloud environments, delivering secure, scalable protections. You will drive client designs that integrate with SIEM/SOAR and identity tools while enabling automation to speed transformation. Compensation / Benefits * Design, deploy, and manage Palo Alto Networks Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW) across on-premises and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) * Implement and optimize Prisma Access capabilities (GlobalProtect, Prisma Agent, Prisma Browser) for internet and remote access * Administer Panorama and Strata Cloud Manager for centralized policy management and visibility * Configure and tune Threat Prevention, IPS/IDS, Anti-Spyware, Antivirus, WildFire, DNS Security, and SSL/TLS decryption policies * Develop client solution designs integrating Palo Alto platforms with SIEM/SOAR and identity providers; support automation via Terraform, Ansible, or Python Tasks * BA/BS degree in a technical field * PCNSE certification * 5+ years of experience in network security with Palo Alto technologies * 5+ years hands-on NGFW design/deployment in on-prem and cloud environments * 3+ years Prisma Access (GlobalProtect, Prisma Agent, Prisma Browser) * 3+ years Panorama and Strata Cloud Manager * 3+ years SSL/TLS Decryption policy implementation * 3+ years security policy management (rule base, lifecycle, access reviews) * 3+ years cloud provider security toolsets (AWS, GCP, Azure) with VM-Series deployments * Ability to travel up to 50% * Experience with one or more major cloud providers’ security toolsets * Strong communication and leadership capabilities * Preferred: CISSP/CCIE/CCNP/GIAC and automation tooling experience Key requirements * Discretionary annual incentive program * Reasonable accommodations for disabilities * Professional development and mentorship opportunities * Inclusive culture and collaborative environment
