Experteer Overview In this Senior Consultant role, you will design and deploy AI-enabled, production-grade solutions for identity, access, and data protection challenges within Deloitte’s Digital Trust & Privacy practice. You’ll bridge client needs with technical delivery, lead hands-on work, and shape pursuit strategies while developing reusable accelerators. You’ll guide teams to deliver high-quality outcomes and help clients strengthen resilience in a changing threat landscape. This position offers meaningful impact through cross-functional collaboration and innovative cyber services. Compensation / Benefits * Translate client needs into AI-enabled architectures aligned with delivery goals * Lead design, integration, deployment, and operation of production-grade solutions; troubleshoot issues * Shape technical solutions during pursuits via demos, PoCs, prototypes, and effort estimation * Oversee client delivery scoping, timelines, quality, and satisfaction; drive continuous improvement * Build team capability through reusable accelerators, documentation, and knowledge transfer Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent demonstrated experience * 5+ years in Digital Trust & Privacy domains (IGA, WAM, PAM, PKI, Directories, Data Protection) * 3+ years translating requirements into target-state architectures (APIs, microservices, event-driven or serverless) * 3+ years building and deploying production-grade solutions (Python, Java, or Node.js) * 1+ year delivering solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP with containers, CI/CD, and version control * 6-12 months designing or deploying generative AI/LLM solutions in a client or production setting * Ability to travel 25-50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program
