Onshore Oracle Retail Cloud Functional Lead/Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role you drive Oracle Retail Cloud AMS engagements, delivering functional support, enhancements, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational stability, automation, and transformation initiatives, while supporting both support and implementation activities. You’ll engage with clients and internal stakeholders to guide projects and deliver value through Oracle Retail modules and integrations. The position offers remote or onsite work under Deloitte’s Project Talent Model and involves leading initiatives with a focus on impact and quality. Compensation / Benefits * Provide incident, problem, change, and release management for Oracle Retail Cloud applications * Perform business process optimization and requirements analysis * Lead functional design, testing coordination, and stakeholder engagement * Support MFCS, PCS, IMCS, Event Planner, and related integrations * Collaborate with business and technology teams to drive stability, automation, and performance improvements * Support Retail implementations when Deloitte leads the project * Communicate with Engagement Managers and project teams, escalating issues as needed Tasks * 10+ years of experience with Oracle Retail and RMS packaged solutions * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT experience * Ability to travel ~10% depending on client engagement * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to lead projects or workstreams and manage multiple tasks * Ability to build and sustain professional relationships * Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work * Ability to provide clear guidance to others Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program
