Onshore Oracle Retail Cloud Functional Lead/Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead onshore Oracle Retail Cloud AMS engagements, delivering ongoing functional support, enhancements, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive stability, automation, and transformation initiatives for Oracle Retail modules. The position blends support and implementation work, with a focus on delivering value to clients while leveraging Deloitte’s Enterprise Performance capabilities. This is a remote/on-site opportunity under the Project Talent Model, emphasizing long-term client service delivery. Compensation / Benefits * Incident, problem, change, and release management for Oracle Retail Cloud applications * Business process optimization and requirements analysis * Functional design, testing coordination, and stakeholder engagement * Support for MFCS, PCS, IMCS, Event Planner, and related integrations * Partner with business and technology teams to drive stability, automation, performance, and transformation * Support Retail implementations when Deloitte is engaged in implementations and may take priority over support * Regular communication with Engagement Managers and project teams; escalate as needed Tasks * 10+ years of experience managing Oracle Retail and Oracle RMS packaged solutions * Bachelor’s degree in a related IT discipline or equivalent experience * Ability to travel ~10% based on client needs * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available * Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and relationship-building skills * Ability to lead projects or workstreams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment * Ability to provide clear guidance to others Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * reasonable accommodations for recruiting process * remote or onsite client service delivery option
