MES Solution Architect Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead MES-enabled transformations for manufacturing clients, shaping scalable Apriso/Opcenter/Aveva architectures and guiding delivery from requirements to go-live. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to translate client needs into actionable designs and advise on transformation opportunities. You’ll influence senior leaders and contribute to practice development, delivering value through digital technologies and analytics in a fast-paced consulting environment. Compensation / Benefits * Lead discussions with client stakeholders to define MES needs and translate them into scalable designs * Design functional and technical MES architectures across Apriso, Opcenter, Aveva including configuration and integrations * Lead project delivery activities across requirements gathering, fit-gap, design, data mapping, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support * Advise senior leaders on MES capabilities and transformation opportunities across manufacturing operations * Contribute to Deloitte’s practice development by sharing knowledge and solving client challenges Tasks * 7+ years MES experience including 5+ years implementing Apriso, Opcenter, or Aveva * 5+ years experience in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, process design, data mapping, specification development, system configuration, testing, deployment, and client delivery * Experience using analytics and metrics to assess manufacturing performance * Experience leading 2+ MES implementations and defining system architecture * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * Discretionary annual incentive program * Broad range of benefits * Professional development opportunities * Inclusive culture * Global opportunities * Work with diverse teams
