Experteer Overview In this role, you will guide clients through cloud strategy, architecture, and implementation on Oracle platforms, delivering measurable business outcomes. You will work within the Oracle Enterprise Solutions team to drive cloud transformation, AI-enabled capabilities, and efficient migrations. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional client teams to align technical design with business goals, ensuring high-quality delivery. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on impactful Oracle ERP Cloud projects and AI enhancements that enable smarter decisions. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Oracle cloud strategy, architecture, and implementation for client organizations * Design and deliver AI agent capabilities within Oracle Cloud (AI Agent Studio, Fusion embedded agents, OCI Generative AI) * Oversee cloud migration, application and database consolidation initiatives * Conduct cloud suitability assessments and translate findings into implementation recommendations * Lead project teams, provide technical guidance, and align designs with client business objectives Tasks * 6+ years designing enterprise IT solutions (4+ years with Oracle technologies) * Experience leading RICE (reports, integrations, conversions, extensions) delivery for Oracle ERP Cloud implementations with ERP Cloud build framework * Experience delivering Oracle ERP Cloud PaaS extensions * 2+ years leading Oracle Cloud integration initiatives using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or SOA Suite * Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, information technology, software engineering, information systems, or engineering * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program
