Experteer Overview In this role, you will build and operate governed data foundations powering cyber risk, compliance evidence, and AI-enabled cyber workflows. You will design production-grade pipelines and data models to support risk reporting, controls monitoring, and audit-ready evidence. You work across Cyber, Risk, Compliance, Privacy, and Legal to translate requirements into guardrails and robust data solutions. This is a hands-on, growth-minded opportunity to shape governance-driven data platforms at scale. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable secure, auditable, and AI-assisted operations. Compensation / Benefits * Build scalable batch and stream data pipelines ingesting security telemetry, control evidence, and compliance artifacts into governed data stores * Design data models for risk and controls (KRI, issues, defects, control testing outcomes, audit evidence) and enable self-service analytics * Implement data quality, lineage, metadata, and access controls to support auditability and regulatory defensibility * Develop AI-enabled capabilities for governance, risk, and compliance, including evidence summarization and guidance copilots * Engineer integrations between data platforms, governance workflows, and enterprise systems with observability and runbooks * Partner with Cyber, Risk, Compliance, Privacy, and Legal to translate requirements into implementable controls and guardrails Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience * 4+ years in data engineering and software development using Python and SQL * Experience building production data pipelines and data models for batch and/or stream processing on cloud platforms * Experience implementing data governance controls (classification, data handling, least-privilege, encryption, retention, audit logging, lineage/ metadata) * Experience supporting governance, risk, and compliance workflows (risk reporting, audit data requests, controls monitoring/testing, compliance metrics, tool integrations) * Experience with retrieval-augmented generation or related LLM-enabled applications and secure access patterns * Ability to travel 0-25% and may have limited immigration sponsorship Key requirements *
