Design Engineer

Experteer Overview As a Design Engineer, you will create custom mechanical solutions in production environments, from concept to installation, focusing on manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and reliable performance. You will own projects end-to-end and collaborate with customers and internal teams to translate requirements into actionable designs. Expect hands-on shop support, integration with production facilities, and a role that directly contributes to process improvements and tooling optimization. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role in a small, fabrication-focused organization.
