Oracle Technical Cloud Associate Vice President

Experteer Overview As an Oracle Tech Cloud AVP, you will shape and deliver Oracle Cloud strategy and architecture that drives enterprise transformation. You’ll lead cross-functional teams to design and implement PaaS solutions across cloud/hybrid environments, guiding migrations and consolidations for complex programs. You’ll advise on embedding AI agents within Oracle Cloud to create business value. This role sits in a pioneering Oracle Enterprise Solutions practice focused on cloud transformation and value delivery. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Oracle Cloud strategy, architecture, and implementation efforts for enterprise transformation * Design and implement Oracle Platform as a Service solutions across cloud and hybrid environments * Oversee cloud migration, application and database consolidation in complex programs * Advise on embedding AI agents within Oracle Cloud (AI Agent Studio, Fusion embedded agents, OCI Generative AI) * Lead project teams and provide strategic/technical guidance throughout delivery * Align solution strategy with client business objectives and transformation goals * Mentor and provide clear guidance to others * Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Tasks * 10+ years designing and delivering enterprise IT solutions * 8+ years with Oracle technologies * Experience leading Oracle ERP Cloud RICE delivery and use of ERP Cloud build framework * 4+ years leading Oracle Cloud integration initiatives (OCI Integration Cloud or Oracle SOA Suite) * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * broad range of benefits * opportunities for professional development * discretionary annual incentive program * reasonable accommodations * travel flexibility
