Oracle Technical Cloud Associate Vice President

Experteer Overview As an Oracle Tech Cloud AVP, you drive Oracle Cloud strategy, architecture, and implementation to enable enterprise transformation and business value. You lead multi-cloud and hybrid initiatives, oversee migrations and consolidations, and guide clients on embedding AI within Oracle Cloud. You will mentor teams, shape solution delivery, and align technical work with client goals. This role sits at the forefront of cloud transformation within the Oracle Enterprise Solutions practice, offering impact at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Oracle Cloud strategy, architecture, and implementation for enterprise transformation * Design and implement Oracle Platform as a Service across cloud and hybrid environments * Oversee cloud migration, application consolidation, and database consolidation initiatives * Advise on embedding AI agents within Oracle Cloud (Oracle AI Agent Studio, Fusion embedded agents, OCI Generative AI) * Lead project teams and provide strategic and technical guidance throughout delivery * Align solution design with client objectives and transformation goals Tasks * 10+ years of IT solutions design and delivery experience * 8+ years of Oracle technologies experience * Experience leading RICE (reports, integrations, conversions, extensions) for Oracle ERP Cloud implementations * Experience delivering Oracle ERP Cloud PaaS extensions using leading practices * 4+ years of Oracle Cloud integration experience using Oracle Integration Cloud or Oracle SOA Suite * Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field * Ability to travel ~50% and willingness for limited immigration sponsorship Key requirements *
