Cyber Identity - FDE Senior Consultant - Senior Engineering Management Specialist

Experteer Overview As a Senior Consultant in Deloitte Cyber’s Digital Trust & Privacy practice, you will address identity, access, and data protection challenges with AI-enabled engineering solutions. You will operate at the intersection of client engagement and hands-on delivery, architecting and deploying production-grade systems while leading teams and shaping pursuits. You’ll develop reusable accelerators, drive high-quality outcomes, and help clients strengthen resilience in a changing threat landscape. This role combines technical depth with client influence and cross-functional collaboration, offering meaningful impact at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Translate client needs into AI-enabled technical solutions aligned to target architecture and delivery objectives * Lead hands-on design, integration, deployment, and operation of production-grade solutions, troubleshooting as needed * Shape technical solutions during pursuits via demos, PoCs, prototypes, effort estimation, and pricing inputs * Manage client delivery across scope, timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction; drive continuous improvement * Build team and client capability through reusable accelerators, documentation, knowledge transfer, and engineering best practices Tasks * 5+ experience in Digital Trust & Privacy domains (IGA, WAM, PAM, PKI, Directories, or Data Protection) * 3+ experience translating requirements into target-state architectures using APIs, microservices, event-driven, or serverless patterns * 3+ experience building and deploying production-grade solutions in Python, Java, or Node.js * 1+ experience delivering solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP with containers, CI/CD pipelines, and version control * 6 months to 1 year designing or deploying Generative AI/LLM solutions in client or production environments * Ability to travel 25-50%; immigration sponsorship may be available * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field or equivalent experience Key requirements *
