Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you help clients tackle identity, access, and data protection challenges by delivering AI-enabled engineering solutions. You will bridge client work and hands-on delivery, shaping architectures, building production-grade systems, and driving high-impact outcomes. You’ll lead teams, develop reusable accelerators, and contribute to pursuits with technical leadership. This position blends advisory and delivery work within Deloitte’s Digital Trust & Privacy practice, offering a meaningful opportunity to influence security outcomes at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Translate client needs into AI-enabled architectures and delivery objectives * Lead design, integration, deployment, and operation of production-grade solutions, troubleshooting as needed * Shape technical solutions during pursuits via demos, proofs of concept, and effort estimation * Oversee scope, timelines, quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement across engagements * Build team and client capability through reusable accelerators, documentation, and knowledge transfer Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field or equivalent experience * 5+ years in Digital Trust & Privacy domains (e.g., IGA, WAM, PAM, PKI, Directories, Data Protection) * 3+ years translating client requirements into target-state architectures using REST APIs, microservices, event-driven, or serverless architectures * 3+ years delivering production-grade solutions using Python, Java, or Node.js * 1+ years delivering solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP including containers, CI/CD, and version control * 6 months to 1 year designing or deploying generative AI/LLM solutions in client/production environments * Ability to travel 25-50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * broad range of benefits * professional development * inclusive culture * mentorship opportunities * work-life balance programs * disability accommodations
