Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Integration Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the Oracle HCM Cloud integrations workstream from strategy through deployment, shaping how HR technology enables workforce performance. You will act as a senior client-facing advisor, guiding design discussions and resolving complex integration challenges for government and public sector clients. You’ll design and implement end-to-end integrations, manage cross-functional teams, and drive high-quality delivery and post-go-live stabilization. This position sits in Deloitte’s GPS practice, focusing on HR technology-enabled transformation and value delivery for public sector organizations. You’ll contribute to reusable assets and coaching, while advancing Deloitte’s O Compensation / Benefits * Lead the Oracle HCM Cloud integrations workstream from strategy to deployment * Serve as a senior client-facing advisor during design discussions and risk/decision communications * Design and implement inbound and outbound integrations including data mapping, security, and validation * Manage cross-functional technical teams and coordinate delivery across locations * Establish integration quality, testing approaches, and support cutover and post-production * Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and delivery issues with escalation * Contribute to Deloitte’s Oracle HCM Cloud practice through reusable assets and coaching Tasks * 7+ years experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions * 3+ years leading integrations for full-life cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM * Bachelor’s degree * Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance * Ability to travel up to 50% * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Key requirements *
