Cyber Identity - FDE Senior Consultant - Senior Engineering Management Specialist

Experteer Overview In this Senior Consultant role, you help clients solve identity, access, and data protection challenges with AI-enabled engineering. You will bridge client engagement and hands-on delivery, shaping production-grade solutions and reusable accelerators. You’ll lead teams, guide pursuits, and ensure high-quality outcomes for clients and projects. This position offers meaningful work at the intersection of cyber, AI, and trusted technology. Compensation / Benefits * Translate client needs into AI-enabled technical solutions aligned to target architecture and delivery goals * Lead the design, integration, deployment, and operation of production-grade solutions and troubleshoot issues * Shape technical solutions during pursuits via demonstrations, PoCs, prototypes, effort estimation, and pricing inputs * Manage client delivery with focus on scope, timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction * Build team and client capability through reusable accelerators, documentation, knowledge transfer, and engineering best practices * Mentor and guide team members to ensure quality and professional growth * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen delivery and outcomes Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field; 5+ years in Digital Trust & Privacy domains (IGA, WAM, PAM, PKI, Directories, Data Protection) * 3+ years translating requirements into target-state architectures using REST APIs, microservices, event-driven, or serverless patterns * 3+ years building and deploying production-grade solutions using Python, Java, or Node.js * 1+ year delivering solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP with containers, CI/CD, and version control * 6-12 months designing or deploying generative AI or large language model solutions in client/production environments * Willingness to travel 25-50% and eligibility for sponsorship as needed * Familiarity with modern UI frameworks and front-end basics (preferred) Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * broad range of benefits * professional development opportunities * mentorship and leadership pathways * inclusive culture * accommodations for disabilities
