Experteer Overview As a Senior Consultant in Deloitte Cyber’s Digital Trust & Privacy practice, you will solve complex identity, access, and data protection challenges with AI-enabled engineering. You’ll bridge client engagement and hands-on delivery, architecting and deploying production-grade solutions while guiding teams. You’ll shape pursuits, build reusable accelerators, and drive high-quality outcomes for clients and the firm. This role offers meaningful impact at scale in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Compensation / Benefits * Translate client needs into AI-enabled technical solutions aligned with target architecture and delivery * Lead hands-on design, integration, deployment, and operation of production-grade solutions; troubleshoot issues * Shape technical solutions during pursuits through demos, proofs of concept, and effort estimation * Oversee scope, timelines, quality, and client satisfaction across engagements * Build team capability through reusable accelerators, documentation, and knowledge transfer Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field; or equivalent demonstrated experience * 5+ years in one or more Digital Trust & Privacy domains (IGA, WAM, PAM, PKI, Directories, Data Protection) * 3+ years translating client requirements into target-state architectures using APIs, microservices, event-driven or serverless architectures * 3+ years building and deploying production-grade solutions using Python, Java, or Node.js * 1+ years delivering solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP with containers, CI/CD, and version control * 6 months to 1 year designing or deploying generative AI or large language model solutions in client/production settings * Ability to travel 25-50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * Discretionary annual incentive program * Reasonable accommodations for recruitment process * Broad range of benefits * Inclusive culture * Professional development opportunities * Mentorship programs
