Experteer Overview You will help clients solve identity, access, and data protection challenges with AI-enabled engineering solutions. The role blends client engagement with hands-on delivery, enabling you to architect, build, and deploy production-grade systems. You’ll lead teams, shape technical solutions, and develop reusable accelerators to drive high-quality outcomes. This role offers impact across client engagements, focusing on scalable cyber services within Deloitte’s Digital Trust & Privacy practice. Compensation / Benefits * Translate client needs into AI-enabled technical solutions aligned to target architecture and delivery objectives * Lead end-to-end design, integration, deployment, and operation of production-grade solutions, including issue resolution * Shape pursuits by leading demos, proofs of concept, prototypes, effort estimation, and pricing inputs * Manage client delivery across scope, timelines, quality, and satisfaction with continuous improvement * Develop team and client capability through reusable accelerators, documentation, and knowledge transfer Tasks * 5+ years in Digital Trust & Privacy domains such as IGA, WAM, PAM, PKI, Directories, or Data Protection * 3+ years translating client requirements into target-state architectures using REST APIs, microservices, event-driven, or serverless patterns * 3+ years building and deploying production-grade solutions in Python, Java, or Node.js * 1+ year delivering solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP with containers, CI/CD, and version control * 6-12 months designing or deploying generative AI or LLM solutions in a client/production environment * Willingness to travel 25-50% and eligibility for sponsorship * Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent demonstrated experience Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * reasonable accommodations for disabilities * professional development and mentorship opportunities * broad range of benefits
