Job description

Experteer Overview In this role, you lead forward-deployed engineering pods delivering GenAI-enabled solutions for Deloitte’s strategic clients. You set technical direction, remove blockers, and contribute hands-on to design, review, and debugging efforts. You translate complex trade-offs for client leaders and influence decisions at the executive level. Pods may operate onshore or in hybrid setups to maximize speed and scale, aligning with Deloitte’s global delivery capability. You help advance client product, data, and platform capabilities within a trusted advisor partnership. Compensation / Benefits * Lead and mentor onshore/offshore FDE pods (2-5 engineers) and manage delivery health * Define success metrics and phased plans from prototype to production * Architect and oversee GenAI solution delivery, including LLM-enabled apps and RAG pipelines * Set engineering direction for prompt engineering, tool-use patterns, and human-in-the-loop controls * Ensure end-to-end system quality, governance, and scalable production-grade design * Review production code and guide data pipelines, CI/CD, and documentation practices * Engage with clients at executive levels and represent Deloitte’s FDE capability in pursuits Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering (or equivalent) * 10+ years in software/data/analytics engineering or related fields * 1+ years hands-on GenAI/LLM solution development in client or production environments * 1+ years Palantir experience (Foundry, AIP, or Maven) * 1+ years leading project workstreams and translating business problems into AI solutions * 1+ years building reliable, maintainable, well-documented code * Ability to travel ~50% * Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship Key requirements *
