Cyber Oracle Cloud Security - Manager / Engineering Manager II

Experteer Overview In this Engineering Manager II role, you drive Oracle Cloud security for ERP, HCM, and SCM by delivering governance, risk, and compliance solutions. You lead security assessments, design access controls, and enable secure operations through Risk Management Cloud capabilities. You’ll manage multi-release programs across countries, mentor teams, and collaborate with clients to define security strategy and transition solutions into operations. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Oracle Cloud security assessments and implementations across ERP, HCM, and SCM, including role design, segregation of duties, and control configuration * Design and deploy Oracle Risk Management Cloud capabilities (Advanced Access Controls, Advanced Financial Controls, Financial Reporting Controls) * Manage multi-release and multi-country programs (design workshops, scope, budget, resources, quality oversight) * Guide teams in developing reusable accelerators and apply technology-enabled delivery methods for consistency and efficiency * Collaborate with client stakeholders to define security strategy, deliverables, and transition solutions into operations Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field * 6+ years of experience with Oracle security and governance, risk, and compliance * 3+ end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP implementation projects led * 3+ years designing Oracle Cloud roles for Financials, SCM, HCM, or EPM * 3+ years delivering programs with multiple releases or countries and managing teams, budgets, resources * 3+ years leading security design workshops and configuring Oracle Risk Management Cloud (ARC, AFC, FRC) * Ability to travel ~50% Key requirements *
