Cyber Oracle Cloud Security - Manager / Engineering Manager II

Experteer Overview In this Engineering Manager II role, you guide security across Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, and SCM, shaping governance, risk, and compliance solutions to reduce risk and improve controls. You’ll lead security assessments, design role-based access and segregation of duties, and enable secure operations through Risk Management Cloud capabilities. You’ll manage multi-country programs and mentor teams to deliver repeatable, technology-enabled solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role in Deloitte’s Cyber practice, focused on transforming security for enterprise systems. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Oracle Cloud security assessments and implementations across ERP, HCM, and SCM, including role design, segregation of duties, and control configuration * Design and deploy Oracle Risk Management Cloud capabilities (Advanced Access Controls, Advanced Financial Controls, Financial Reporting Controls) * Manage multi-release and multi-country programs (design workshops, scope, budget, resources, quality oversight) * Guide teams in developing reusable accelerators and applying technology-enabled delivery methods to improve consistency and efficiency * Collaborate with client stakeholders to define security strategy, deliverables, and transition solutions into operations Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field * 6+ years of experience with Oracle security and governance, risk, and compliance * 3+ end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP implementation projects led * 3+ years designing Oracle Cloud roles for Financials, SCM, HCM, or EPM * 3+ years delivering programs with multiple releases or countries and managing teams, budgets, and resources * 3+ years leading security design workshops and configuring Oracle Risk Management Cloud components * Ability to travel 50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
