Cyber Oracle Cloud Security - Manager / Engineering Manager II

Experteer Overview As Engineering Manager II in Deloitte’s Cyber practice, you guide security for Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, and SCM, shaping governance, risk and compliance solutions to reduce risk and improve controls. You lead security assessments, design access controls, and enable secure operations through Risk Management Cloud capabilities. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Oracle Cloud security assessments across ERP/HCM/SCM, including role design, segregation of duties, and control configuration * Design and deploy Oracle Risk Management Cloud capabilities (Advanced Access Controls, Advanced Financial Controls, Financial Reporting Controls) * Manage multi-release and multi-country programs (scope, budget, resources, quality) * Guide teams in developing reusable accelerators and efficient delivery methods * Collaborate with client stakeholders to define security strategy and deliverables, transitioning solutions into operations Tasks * 6+ years of Oracle security and governance experience * 3+ end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP implementation projects led * 3+ years designing Oracle Cloud roles for Financials, SCM, HCM, or EPM * 3+ years delivering multi-release/multi-country programs with teams, budgets, and resources * 3+ years leading security design workshops and configuring Oracle Risk Management Cloud (ACs, FACs, FRCs) * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
