Cloud Security Senior Manager - Azure Infrastructure & AI

Experteer Overview In this role you drive Azure and AI security for complex client engagements within Deloitte’s Enterprise Security team. You shape strategy, design secure architectures, and guide adoption of secure Azure and AI services. You’ll lead cross-functional teams across on-site and offshore resources, delivering governance, playbooks, and automated guardrails to enable secure digital transformation. This role offers high-impact work at scale with a focus on cloud and AI security leadership. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Microsoft security teams for large Azure and AI security engagements, covering strategy, design, implementation, and adoption * Oversee multiple Azure and AI security projects as project leader/program manager, coordinating onsite and offshore engineers * Design and implement security controls for Azure AI Services (Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, Cognitive Services, AI Studio) from development to deployment * Develop AI security playbooks and governance controls spanning encryption, access, data integrity, model governance, and secure deployment across Azure environments * Build and automate secure cloud and MLOps pipelines using Azure Policy, ARM, Bicep, and Terraform to enforce consistent security across Azure * Lead business development, client relationships, health checks, PoC efforts, transitions, thought leadership, and talent development in Microsoft Azure and AI security Tasks * 10+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure and AI security technologies and leading multi-project delivery * 10+ years in enterprise security operations, architecture, or infrastructure with leadership in consulting * 5+ years designing or assessing security controls in Azure environments, including Azure AI Services * 5+ years in IAM, network security, data protection, logging/monitoring, vulnerability management, and IaC in cloud * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * travel up to 50% on average
