Job description
Experteer Overview As a Cloud Security Senior Manager, you lead Microsoft Azure and AI security engagements to protect client systems while enabling secure digital transformation. You guide cross-functional teams through strategy, design, and deployment, aligning with client objectives and regulatory needs. You build security controls for Azure AI Services and develop governance frameworks to safeguard data, models, and deployments. You’ll shape security playbooks, automate guardrails with IaC, and drive business development and client relationships. This role offers impact across large-scale Azure and AI security programs within a leading professional services firm. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Microsoft security teams on Azure and AI security engagements, covering strategy, design, implementation, and adoption * Manage multiple Azure and AI security projects as a program manager, coordinating onsite and offshore engineers * Design and implement security controls for Azure AI Services (Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, Cognitive Services, AI Studio) across development to deployment * Develop AI security playbooks and governance controls for encryption, access, data integrity, model governance, and secure deployment * Build and automate secure cloud and MLOps pipelines using Azure Policy, ARM, Bicep, and Terraform to enforce guardrails * Lead business development, client relationships, technical health checks, proofs of concept, transitions, and thought leadership in Azure and AI security Tasks * 10+ years in technical consulting, problem solving, and architecting security solutions with Microsoft Azure and AI security technologies * 10+ years in enterprise security operations or architecture, plus 3+ years in consulting leadership focused on Microsoft security * 5+ years designing or assessing security controls in Azure environments and experience with Azure AI Services * 5+ years IAM, network security, data protection, logging/monitoring, vulnerability mgmt, and infrastructure as code in cloud * Ability to travel ~50% Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * reasonable accommodations for disabilities * travel flexibility (up to 50% depending on client needs)
