Cloud Security Senior Manager - Azure Infrastructure & AI

Experteer Overview As a Cloud Security Senior Manager, you will guide Azure and AI security engagements for complex clients, shaping security strategy, design, and adoption. You’ll lead cross-functional teams across onsite and offshore engineers, building robust security for Azure AI services and governance. This role blends technical leadership with business development and client relationship management within Deloitte’s Enterprise Security practice. You’ll drive secure cloud architectures and automation that support secure digital transformation at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Microsoft security teams for large Azure and AI security engagements, covering strategy, design, implementation, and adoption * Oversee multiple Azure and AI security projects as project leader/program manager, coordinating onsite and offshore teams * Design and implement security controls for Azure AI Services (Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, Cognitive Services, AI Studio) from development to deployment * Develop AI security playbooks and governance controls (encryption, access, data integrity, model governance, secure deployment) across Azure environments * Build and automate secure cloud and MLOps pipelines using Azure Policy, ARM, Bicep, and Terraform to enforce guardrails * Drive business development, client relationships, health checks, PoC efforts, transitions, thought leadership, and talent development in Azure and AI security Tasks * 10+ years of experience in security solution design on Microsoft Azure and AI security technologies or 10+ years in enterprise security operations/architecture with 3+ years in consulting leadership focusing on Microsoft security technologies * 5+ years designing or evaluating security controls in Microsoft Azure environments, including Azure AI Services * 5+ years in identity and access management, network security, data protection, logging/monitoring, vulnerability management, and infrastructure as code in cloud environments * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
