Experteer Overview In this Senior Consultant role, you help modernize client networks with cloud-delivered zero trust architectures. You will design, deploy, and optimize Zscaler capabilities across large enterprise environments, strengthening security posture and user experiences. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex security concepts into practical solutions. This position offers the chance to shape SASE-driven transformations for diverse clients. You’ll work at the intersection of security strategy, cloud adoption, and hands-on engineering, with a clear impact on client resilience. Compensation / Benefits * Design, deploy, and manage ZIA and ZPA across enterprise environments * Support zero trust transformations by replacing legacy VPNs and modernizing access controls * Configure and optimize Zscaler security features (policy admin, SSL/TLS inspection, DLP, ATP, cloud traffic inspection) * Implement branch, cloud, and application connector architectures in on-prem and cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) * Develop technical deliverables, designs, and client-facing recommendations aligned to security and network transformation Tasks * BA/BS in a technical field * 5+ years in network security engineering * 5+ years hands-on ZIA experience (web filtering, DNS, cloud firewall, DLP, ATP) * 5+ years hands-on ZPA experience (application segmentation, access policies, connectors) * 1+ years Zscaler Branch Connector experience * 1+ years Zscaler Cloud Connector experience * 3+ years configuring advanced Zscaler security features (ATP, IPS, CBI, DLP) * 3+ years SSL/TLS inspection design and troubleshooting in ZIA * 3+ years Zscaler policy management and RBAC in Admin Portal * Experience with Zscaler AI capabilities, ZDX, and threat intelligence * Experience with one or more cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) for ZPA connectors * Experience integrating Zscaler with SIEM/SOAR (Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, XSOAR) * Experience with Zscaler APIs and automation tooling (Terraform, Ansible, Python) * Familiarity with IdP integrations (Okta, Azure AD, Ping) for SAML/SCIM in ZIA/ZPA * Ability to travel up to 50% Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * reasonable accommodations for people with disabilities
