Cyber Zscaler Network Security Engineer / Senior Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation

Experteer Overview In this role you help clients modernize network security by delivering cloud-delivered zero trust architectures. You will design, deploy, and optimize Zscaler capabilities across complex enterprise environments, strengthening security posture and enabling secure transformation across on-premises and cloud ecosystems. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic security solutions and client-facing recommendations. Compensation / Benefits * Design, deploy, and manage Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) in enterprise environments * Support zero trust network access (ZTNA) transformations and modernize access controls * Configure and optimize Zscaler security features (policy admin, SSL/TLS inspection, ATP, DLP, cloud-based traffic inspection) * Implement branch, cloud, and application connector architectures across on-prem and cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) * Develop technical deliverables, solution designs, and client-facing recommendations aligned to security and network transformation Tasks * BA/BS in a technical field * 5+ years of network security engineering experience * 5+ years hands-on ZIA deployment experience * 5+ years ZPA deployment experience * 1+ years Zscaler Branch Connector and Zscaler Cloud Connector experience * 3+ years configuring advanced Zscaler security features (Cloud Sandboxing, ATP, IPS, CBI, DLP) * 3+ years SSL/TLS inspection experience in ZIA * 1+ years experience with Zscaler AI capabilities (ZDX, AI-driven policy) * 3+ years defining and managing Zscaler security policies * Experience with ZIdentity for centralized identity management * 3+ years deploying ZPA connectors in cloud environments * 3+ years integrating Zscaler with SIEM/SOAR platforms (e.g., Splunk, Sentinel, XSOAR) * Experience with Zscaler APIs and automation tooling (Terraform, Ansible, Python) * Experience designing Zscaler solution architectures for executives and non-technical stakeholders * Familiarity with identity providers (Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity) for SAML/SCIM authentication * Ability to travel up to 50% Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program
