Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead MES architecture and delivery for the Supply Chain & Network Operations practice, shaping scalable solutions on Apriso, Opcenter, and Aveva. You’ll translate client needs into design, lead multi-phased implementations, and advise executives on transformation opportunities. The position sits at the intersection of manufacturing operations and digital technologies, driving value through optimized MES programs. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable performance improvements and contribute to Deloitte’s practice development. Compensation / Benefits * Lead discussions with stakeholders to define MES requirements and translate them into scalable designs * Design functional and technical MES architectures across Apriso, Opcenter, and Aveva, including configuration, integration, deployment, and upgrades * Oversee project delivery across requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, process design, data mapping, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support * Advise senior leaders on MES capabilities, implementation approaches, and transformation opportunities across manufacturing operations * Contribute to practice development by sharing knowledge, supporting innovation, and helping teams solve client challenges Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 7+ years MES experience with 5+ years implementing Apriso, Opcenter, or Aveva * 5+ years in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, process design, data mapping, spec development, configuration, testing, deployment, and support * Experience using analytics to assess manufacturing performance and quantify improvements * Experience leading 2+ MES implementations and defining system architecture * Travel willingness ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
