MES Solution Architect Manager

Experteer Overview As a Manufacturing Execution Systems Solution Architect Manager, you will lead MES engagements from requirements to scalable designs and delivery. You partner with client stakeholders to translate needs into architecture across Apriso, Opcenter, and Aveva, guiding deployments and upgrades. You mentor teams, shape transformation opportunities in manufacturing operations, and contribute to practice development with knowledge sharing. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and hands-on delivery to drive impactful supply chain transformations. Compensation / Benefits * Lead discussions with client stakeholders to define MES needs and translate into scalable designs * Design MES architectures across Apriso, Opcenter, and Aveva including configuration, integration, deployment, and upgrades * Steer project delivery across requirements, fit-gap, design, data mapping, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support * Advise senior leadership on MES capabilities and transformation opportunities in manufacturing operations * Contribute to Deloitte’s practice development through knowledge sharing and solving complex client challenges Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 7+ years MES experience with 5+ years on Apriso/Opcenter/Aveva implementations * 5+ years in requirements gathering, fit-gap, process design, data mapping, specifications, configuration, testing, deployment, and support * Experience using analytics to quantify manufacturing improvement opportunities * Experience leading 2+ MES implementations and defining system architecture * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
