Oracle Technical Cloud Associate Vice President

Experteer Overview As an Oracle Tech Cloud AVP, you will lead Oracle Cloud strategy, architecture, and implementation to enable enterprise transformation and business value. You’ll guide cloud migrations, application and database consolidations, and the integration of AI agents within Oracle Cloud to drive innovation. You will lead cross-functional project teams and align solutions with client priorities and transformation goals. This role sits in Deloitte’s Oracle Enterprise Solutions practice, which focuses on cloud transformation and ERP optimization to improve decision-making and efficiency. You will work with senior clients to shape strategy, deliver measurable results, and mentor others in a fast-paced, Compensation / Benefits * Design and implement Oracle Platform as a Service (PaaS) solutions across cloud and hybrid environments * Oversee cloud migration, application consolidation, and database consolidation for complex programs * Advise on embedding AI agents within Oracle Cloud (Oracle AI Agent Studio, Fusion embedded agents, OCI Gen AI) * Lead project teams and provide strategic and technical guidance throughout delivery * Align solution strategy and implementation with client objectives and transformation goals * Mentor and provide clear guidance to others Tasks * 10+ years designing and delivering enterprise IT solutions * 8+ years with Oracle technologies * Experience leading Oracle ERP Cloud RICE delivery (including build framework) * 4+ years leading Oracle Cloud integrations (Oracle Integration Cloud or Oracle SOA Suite) * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field * Ability to travel 50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
