Job description

Experteer Overview As an Oracle Tech Cloud AVP, you will shape Oracle Cloud strategy, architecture, and delivery for enterprise transformation. You’ll lead cross-functional teams to design and implement PaaS solutions across cloud and hybrid environments, guiding migrations and consolidation efforts. You’ll advise on embedding AI within Oracle Cloud and manage client-aligned implementations. This role offers impact across leading organizations, with a focus on value, innovation, and collaboration within Deloitte’s Oracle Enterprise Solutions practice. Compensation / Benefits * Lead design and implementation of Oracle Platform as a Service across cloud and hybrid setups * Oversee cloud migration, application and database consolidation within complex programs * Advise on embedding AI agents in Oracle Cloud using Oracle AI Agent Studio, Fusion embedded agents, and OCI Generative AI * Lead project teams, providing strategic and technical guidance throughout delivery * Align solution strategy with client objectives, priorities, and transformation goals Tasks * 10+ years designing and delivering enterprise IT solutions * 8+ years with Oracle technologies * Experience leading RICE delivery for Oracle ERP Cloud implementations * Experience delivering Oracle ERP Cloud PaaS extensions using leading practices * 4+ years leading Oracle Cloud integration initiatives (OCI or SOA Suite) * Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
