Cyber Identity - FDE Senior Consultant - Senior Engineering Management Specialist

Experteer Overview In this role you will bridge client engagement and hands-on delivery to solve AI-enabled identity, access, and data protection challenges. You will lead teams, shape technical solutions, and deliver production-grade implementations within Deloitte’s Digital Trust & Privacy practice. You’ll translate client needs into target architectures, drive demonstrations and proofs of concept, and create reusable accelerators to improve outcomes. This position offers impact across client engagements and opportunities to mentor and uplift teams. Compensation / Benefits * Translate client needs into AI-enabled technical solutions aligned to architecture and delivery * Lead design, integration, deployment, and operation of production-grade solutions; troubleshoot issues * Shape technical solutions during pursuits via demos, PoCs, prototypes, effort estimation, and pricing * Oversee client delivery scope, timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction; drive continuous improvement * Build team and client capability through reusable accelerators, documentation, and knowledge transfer Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience * 5+ years in Digital Trust & Privacy domains (IGA, WAM, PAM, PKI, Directories, Data Protection) * 3+ years translating requirements into target-state architectures using APIs, microservices, event-driven, or serverless * 3+ years building and deploying production-grade solutions using Python, Java, or Node.js * 1+ year delivering solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP with containers, CI/CD, and version control * 6 months to 1 year designing/deploying generative AI/LLM solutions in client or production environments * Ability to travel 25-50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
