Workday HCM Functional Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead Workday functional implementations and optimizations within the HR Strategy & Technology team, translating business needs into system designs and configurations. You will collaborate with clients to align scope and deliverables while supporting testing and deployment. The position emphasizes independent work balanced with cross-team collaboration, strong communication, and delivering high-quality HR solutions. You will shape HR technology programs for Fortune 500-level clients and contribute to a culture of inclusive growth and transformation. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Workday functional implementation, enhancement, and optimization activities * Translate business requirements into functional designs and configuration decisions * Facilitate client meetings to align on scope, priorities, and deliverables * Support testing, defect resolution, deployment, and stabilization activities * Prepare deliverables and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute project work Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent * 4+ years of experience supporting or leading Workday HCM implementations or optimization projects * 4+ years of experience leading workstreams in Workday implementations with knowledge in 2+ HCM areas (e.g., HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance Management, Talent) * Experience participating in at least 2 end-to-end Workday implementations * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
