Workday HCM Functional Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role you will drive Workday functional implementations to transform HR capabilities. You’ll work within the HR Strategy & Technology team to translate business needs into design and configuration, while guiding client workshops and cross-functional execution. You’ll lead testing, deployment, and stabilization efforts and partnering with teams to deliver high-impact HR technology solutions. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Workday functional implementation, enhancement, and optimization activities * Gather business requirements and translate into functional designs and configuration decisions * Facilitate client meetings to align on scope, priorities, and deliverables * Support testing, defect resolution, deployment, and stabilization activities * Prepare deliverables and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute project work Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent * 4+ years of experience supporting or leading Workday HCM implementation or optimization projects * 4+ years of experience leading workstreams in Workday implementations with knowledge in 2+ HCM areas (e.g., HCM configuration, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance Management, or Talent) * Experience participating in at least 2 end-to-end Workday implementations * Ability to travel 50% on average * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * broad range of benefits * inclusive culture * opportunities for professional development
