Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor and Absence implementations for public sector clients, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring compliant, high-quality delivery. You will guide solution design, manage risks, and support change management to drive successful adoption and business outcomes. You will collaborate with stakeholders across HR, security, reporting, and integrations to translate needs into scalable Oracle solutions. This position offers the chance to shape large-scale HR tech programs and advance Deloitte’s transformation work. Compensation / Benefits * Facilitate requirements and design workshops and guide solution design and best practices * Drive high-quality functional documentation and disciplined delivery * Anticipate and manage cross-functional impacts across HR, security, reporting, and integrations * Support change management, cutover, training, and transition to steady-state support * Apply knowledge of integrations, security, reporting, payroll, benefits, and finance to influence delivery * Direct cross-functional teams across functional, technical, integration, data conversion, and testing workstreams * Partner with public sector stakeholders to define requirements and translate needs into scalable Oracle solutions * Lead end-to-end implementation of large-scale Oracle Time and Labor & Absence solutions (planning, design, configuration oversight, testing, deployment, post-go-live) Tasks * 7+ years experience delivering Oracle HCM solutions * 4+ years leading full lifecycle implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor and/or Absence modules * Bachelor’s degree * Ability to travel up to 50% * Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship Key requirements * broad range of benefits * reasonable accommodations for applicants * career development opportunities * mentorship programs * discretionary annual incentive program
