Your new role
As a Pega Certified Business Analyst (PCBA), you will act as the key link between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring requirements are effectively captured, analysed, and translated into scalable Pega solutions. You will facilitate workshops, gather and document requirements, support Agile delivery teams, and contribute to the successful delivery of complex digital transformation programmes within security-cleared environments.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Pega Certified Business Architect (CPBA) or current Pega Certified Business Analyst certification.
- Proven experience delivering Pega solutions within Agile environments.
- Strong knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM), Case Management, Workflow Automation, Requirements Gathering, and Process Modelling.
- Experience working in security-cleared, government, defence, or highly regulated environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience producing user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, and business requirements documentation.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Current SC Clearance.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into Pega-based process and workflow solutions.
- Support Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement and sprint planning.
- Produce process maps, business process models, and functional specifications.
- Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
- Ensure solutions align with security, governance, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement across business analysis and delivery practices.
Desirable Experience
- Experience working with UK Government or public-sector organisations.
- Knowledge of GDS standards and government delivery frameworks.
- Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and release management.
- Exposure to business transformation programmes.
- Awareness of data governance, information assurance, and cyber security principles.
Security Clearance: Active SC Clearance preferred.
