Job description

ServiceNow GRC (IRM) Development
ServiceNow Scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Glide APIs)
Claude
UI Builder
JavaScript, * Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow GRC applications and workflows.
Build modern user experiences using UI Builder and ServiceNow Workspace technologies.
Develop and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Flow Designer workflows.
Leverage Claude to accelerate ServiceNow GRC/IRM development, solution design, scripting, troubleshooting, and workflow automation
Configure and enhance Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, and related GRC modules.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop integrations with enterprise systems using ServiceNow APIs and integration frameworks.
Perform code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
Create and maintain technical documentation and configuration guides.
Support deployment, upgrades, and production releases.
Follow ServiceNow development best practices and governance standards.

Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow GRC Developer to design, develop, and enhance Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow GRC development, scripting, and UI Builder, with the ability to develop scalable and user-friendly solutions that support enterprise risk and compliance initiatives., * Strong experience in ServiceNow GRC/IRM development.

5+ Years of ServiceNow development experience with strong expertise in GRC/IRM implementations.
Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow scripting and custom application development.
Experience with UI Builder and Workspace development.
Experience using Claude for ServiceNow development, scripting, workflow automation, troubleshooting
Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development lifecycle.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
