Job description

  • Design, configure, develop, and support ServiceNow, IRM (Integrated Risk Module), including Policy & Compliance
  • Partner with Technology Controls, Risk, Compliance, and Audit stakeholders to translate business and regulatory requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions
  • Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, script includes, UI policies, and Flow Designer automations
  • Support platform enhancements, upgrades, and patching while ensuring system stability and compliance with enterprise standards
  • Troubleshoot incidents and resolve complex technical issues across ServiceNow GRC capabilities
  • Ensure proper data integrity, reporting, and dashboards to support risk and control visibility
  • Contribute to platform governance, SDLC processes, and security/access controls
  • Provide technical guidance and best practices to junior engineers and configuration analysts
  • Maintain documentation including design specifications, configurations, and operational procedures

Requirements

  • Experience in ServiceNow engineering and development experience
  • Practical experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow IRM and GRC solutions
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Required
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) - Required
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting and configuration (JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes)
  • Experience developing workflows, integrations (REST/SOAP), and automated controls
  • Experience working in large enterprise or regulated environments
  • Understanding of governance, risk, and compliance concepts
