Job description

We are seeking an experienced AWS Connect Solutions Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Amazon Connect and IVR/Contact Center solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and integrating cloud-based customer engagement solutions using Amazon Connect and related AWS services., * Design, develop, and configure Amazon Connect contact center solutions.

Build and maintain IVR contact flows using Amazon Connect and Amazon Lex.
Develop integrations between Amazon Connect and external platforms using APIs and AWS services.
Use AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and other AWS services to support contact center applications.
Configure contact flows and develop reports within Amazon Connect.
Implement and maintain customer engagement solutions using AWS services.
Support automation and scripting activities for AWS environments.
Troubleshoot issues related to IVR, contact flows, integrations, and AWS services.
Collaborate with development and business teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Explore and implement AWS AI services to enhance customer engagement capabilities.

Requirements

Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect.
Strong experience with IVR / Contact Center solutions.
Experience with Amazon Lex.
Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda.
Experience with Amazon DynamoDB.
Experience with AWS Pinpoint or AWS End User Messaging.
Experience designing and configuring Amazon Connect contact flows.
Strong understanding of APIs and AWS service integrations.
Good scripting and automation skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with AWS customer engagement services such as Amazon Connect and Amazon Lex.
Experience integrating Amazon Connect with platforms using Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and APIs.
Experience with multiple AWS services and exposure to AI services.
Experience implementing AWS environments using infrastructure-as-code or automation.
AWS certification is a plus.
Strong service-design skills and ability to quickly learn new technologies.
