Experteer Overview As a senior Workday PEX specialist, you will lead design, configuration, and delivery of PEX solutions to create engaging employee experiences. You will guide client strategy, run workshops, and mentor teams while partnering with cross-functional groups to ensure adoption and productivity. You’ll drive solutions across Workday Today, Journeys, and Help, shaping journeys and moments that matter for the workforce. This role combines technical PEX mastery with delivery leadership and pre-sales support to deliver impactful employee experiences. Pay / Benefits * Act as a Workday PEX subject matter expert and advisor on employee experience strategy * Lead client workshops and design sessions to define personalised experiences aligned with business objectives * Design and configure Workday PEX solutions including Workday Today, Journeys, and Help * Advise on improving engagement, adoption, productivity, and self-service experiences * Lead PEX workstreams on mid-to-large Workday implementations, managing decisions, risks, and dependencies * Collaborate with HCM, Talent, Learning, Recruiting, Change Management, Reporting, Security, and Integrations teams * Support testing, deployment, cutover, and post-go-live transition activities * Provide guidance on personas, journeys, communications, and critical moments across the lifecycle * Mentor consultants and analysts through coaching, reviews, and leadership * Support business development with estimations, proposals, demonstrations, and customer presentations * Contribute to practice development via training, asset creation, methodology enhancement, and knowledge sharing * Maintain expertise in Workday PEX functionality, trends, AI-driven experiences, and product innovations Tasks * 5+ years of Workday implementation experience * Active Workday PEX certification preferred * Experience leading Workday PEX, HCM, Talent, Learning, or Employee Experience workstreams * Strong understanding of employee experience, engagement, self-service, onboarding, career development, and talent processes * Experience with Workday Today, Journeys, and related capabilities * Experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment * Experience supporting pre-sales activities including estimations, proposals, and presentations * Strong consulting, stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills * Ability to mentor team members and provide functional leadership * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment * Eligible for UK SC Clearance and UK residency in last 5 years; willing to travel on-site as needed Key requirements * remote work (#LI-Remote) * learning opportunities * global operations * affinity groups * community outreach programs * potential travel as needed
