Experteer Overview As a senior Workday Recruiting expert and delivery leader, you guide the design, configuration, and successful delivery of recruiting solutions for clients. You act as a trusted advisor, aligning Workday Recruiting with business goals and leading complex solution discussions. You mentor teams, support pre-sales activities, and shape practice development to scale the Workday recruiting practice. This role combines strategic guidance with hands-on delivery across medium to large implementations, including stakeholder engagement and post-go-live transition. Pay / Benefits * Serve as a senior Workday Recruiting SME guiding talent acquisition strategy and best practices * Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and design discussions to define scalable Workday Recruiting solutions * Own solution design and oversee configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities * Functional lead for medium to large Workday Recruiting deployments, managing risks and decisions * Provide strategic guidance on recruiting processes, candidate lifecycle, and hiring workflows * Collaborate with HCM, Talent, Learning, Security, Reporting, Integrations, Change Management, and Project Management teams * Support testing, data conversion, cutover, and deployment throughout the project lifecycle * Mentor and coach consultants, providing quality reviews and leadership * Contribute to business development through solutioning, estimations, proposals, and presentations * Contribute to practice development via methodology improvements, training, assets, and knowledge sharing * Maintain expertise in Workday Recruiting functionality and trends Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience * Active Workday Recruiting Certification required * Additional Workday certifications in HCM, Talent, or Learning desirable * 5+ years of Workday implementation experience with multiple end-to-end deployments * Proven experience leading Workday Recruiting workstreams on medium to large implementations * Deep functional expertise in talent acquisition processes, recruiting operations, and candidate lifecycle management * Experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment * Experience supporting pre-sales activities including estimations, proposals, and presentations * Strong leadership, mentoring, stakeholder management, and consulting skills * Excellent communication and presentation skills with executive stakeholders * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment * Eligible for UK SC Clearance and willing to travel on-site as needed * Minimal travel required, on-site as needed Key requirements * entrepreneurial environment * opportunity to do great work * outreach programs * learning opportunities * global operations * Affinity groups
