Experteer Overview In this role you drive successful Workday HCM implementations as a senior functional leader. You act as a trusted advisor, guiding HR transformation and Workday adoption across Core HCM and related areas. You lead complex discussions, shape scalable solutions, and oversee design, testing, and deployment to align with business objectives. You mentor teams, contribute to practice development, and support pre-sales activities to grow the Workday footprint. This role offers impact through leading cross-functional delivery, knowledge sharing, and staying at the forefront of HR technology trends. Pay / Benefits * Serve as a senior Workday HCM SME across Core HCM and related areas (Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Talent, Performance, Recruiting, Learning). * Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, and design discussions to define scalable Workday solutions aligned to business needs and best practices. * Own solution design and provide oversight across configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live transitions. * Act as functional lead for medium to large Workday HCM implementations, managing solution decisions, risks, and dependencies. * Provide strategic HR transformation guidance and Workday adoption insights to clients. * Collaborate with Reporting, Security, Integrations, Payroll, Change Management, and Project Management teams to ensure delivery success. * Support testing, data conversion, cutover, and deployment activities throughout the project lifecycle. * Mentor and coach consultants, deliver quality reviews, and provide functional leadership. * Support business development including solutioning, estimations, proposals, demonstrations, and customer presentations. * Contribute to practice development through methodology improvements, training, asset creation, and knowledge sharing. * Maintain expertise in Workday product innovations and emerging HR technology trends. Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. * Active Workday HCM Certification required. * Additional certifications in Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Talent, Recruiting, or Learning desirable. * 5+ years of Workday implementation experience with multiple end-to-end HCM deployments. * Proven experience leading HCM workstreams or functional teams on large, complex implementations. * Deep functional expertise in Core HCM and HR processes. * Experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment. * Experience supporting pre-sales activities, including estimations, proposals, and solution presentations. * Strong leadership, mentoring, stakeholder management, and consulting skills. * Excellent communication and executive-level engagement skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment. * Eligible for UK SC Clearance; UK residency for the last five years and right to work in the UK. * Willingness to travel on-site as needed.
