Workday Learning Senior Principal Consultant

Experteer Overview As a senior functional leader, you drive the design, delivery, and success of Workday Learning implementations. You act as a trusted advisor to clients and project teams, aligning solutions with business objectives and Workday best practices. You combine deep Workday Learning expertise with delivery leadership, pre-sales support, and people development to guide complex engagements. You will mentor teams, lead workshops, and influence the growth of the Workday practice, shaping solutions that enable scalable learning programs. Pay / Benefits * Provide senior Workday Learning subject matter guidance on strategy, processes, and best practices * Lead workshops, discovery, and design discussions to define scalable Workday Learning solutions * Own solution design and oversee configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities * Act as functional lead for medium to large Workday Learning implementations, managing decisions, risks, and dependencies * Offer strategic guidance on learning administration, content management, enrolment, learner experiences, and compliance * Collaborate with HCM, Talent, Recruiting, Security, Reporting, Integrations, Change Management, and Project Management teams * Support testing, data conversion, cutover, and deployment throughout the project lifecycle * Mentor and coach consultants, providing quality reviews and functional leadership * Support business development including estimations, proposals, demonstrations, and customer presentations * Contribute to practice development through methodology improvements, training, asset creation, and knowledge sharing * Maintain up-to-date expertise in Workday Learning and industry trends Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience * Active Workday Learning Certification required * 5+ years of Workday implementation experience with multiple end-to-end deployments * Proven experience leading Workday Learning workstreams on medium to large projects * Deep functional expertise in learning and development processes, LMS, and Workday Learning * Experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment * Experience supporting pre-sales activities including estimations, proposals, and presentations * Strong leadership, mentoring, stakeholder management, and consulting skills * Excellent communication and executive-level engagement skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment * Eligible for UK clearance; UK resident for the last 5 years and legally entitled to work in the UK * Willingness to travel on-site as needed Key requirements * entrepreneurial environment * opportunities to do great work * outreach programs * learning opportunities * global operations * affinity groups
