Key Responsibilities As a Graduate Finance Data Administrator, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate collection, interpretation and input of financial data from a variety of international insurance companies. Key duties will include:

  • Reviewing annual reports and financial statements
  • Extracting and accurately entering financial data into internal systems and databases
  • Interpreting information from balance sheets, income statements and accompanying financial notes
  • Validating and checking data to ensure accuracy, consistency and completeness
  • Supporting the maintenance and improvement of financial databases
  • Working with colleagues across teams to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
  • Developing knowledge of financial reporting and regulatory requirements
  • Contributing to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and data quality

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confidence interpreting financial information and reports
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
