Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you bridge business and IT to deliver Workday Recruiting solutions across transformation, implementation, and deployment lifecycles. You will design, configure, test, and implement recruiting capabilities aligned with business goals and Workday best practices. You help organizations optimize talent acquisition and maximize their Workday investment, collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams to drive adoption and knowledge transfer. This is a client-facing, consulting opportunity with learning and certification pathways, enabling impact across projects and regions. Pay / Benefits * Become a Workday Recruiting subject matter expert across design, configuration, testing, and implementation * Lead client workshops to gather requirements and design recruiting solutions aligned to business needs * Configure and deploy Workday Recruiting elements (job requisitions, candidate management, interview processes, career sites, offers, hiring workflows) * Provide guidance on recruiting process design, optimization, and adoption * Track issues/risks, communicate status, escalate as needed * Support data conversion, testing, and deployment throughout the lifecycle * Collaborate with clients, project teams, and Engagement Managers to ensure delivery * Configure and maintain security and tenant setup in Workday * Support customer training, knowledge transfer, and post-deployment activities * Share knowledge, mentor junior consultants, and participate in practice development * Participate in Workday training and certification activities * Additional duties as assigned by manager Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent * 2+ years of Workday functional implementation experience * Active Workday Recruiting Certification preferred * 2-5 years of Talent Acquisition, HR, or HR Technology experience * Experience implementing ERP or SaaS solutions in recruiting or talent management * Experience gathering requirements, conducting workshops, solution design, testing, and deployment * Knowledge of end-to-end recruiting processes (requisition management, candidate lifecycle, interviewing, offers, hiring) * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment * Eligible for UK clearance and UK residency history requirement * Willingness to travel on-site as needed Key requirements * entrepreneurial environment * opportunity to do great work * learning opportunities * global operations * affinity groups * community volunteering
