Join us as a working student (d/f/m) in Engineering to actively support our transformation and change towards the Engineering of tomorrow. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the top management and prepare our engineering for the future by implementing the latest design tools (incl. AI) in an international environment, contributing to the continuous improvement and evolution of our exciting products. In your job you will be able to bring in your creative solutions. You will be coached by experienced experts and top management of our company.

Definition working student

Working students are students who are enrolled at a University or some other institution of higher education, and who are employed in a reasonably long, fixed-term position parallel to their studies. This position must not be confused with an internship or with the possibility of writing a final thesis.

This employment usually takes place directly on the company’s premises. A working student’s main focus remains on their studies, which is why, during term-time, working students are not allowed to work more than 20 hours per week.

Working students therefore usually work near their place of study, so as to conveniently combine studying and employment., * Attractive salary and work-life balance with an 18-hour week (flexitime).

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Assist in Transformation and Change projects for an international engineering function.
  • Assist in the creation, preparation, documentation of workshops, events and roadshows for the leadership team and the engineering teams.
  • Support the communication to the teams with creative formats (e.g. podcasts,…).
  • Contribute to analyzing the effectiveness of the transformation initatives and identify gaps.
  • Support the creation of inspiring presentations.
  • Support in operative and administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Enrolled as a full-time student (d/f/m) in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering and Management, Work & Organizational Psychology, Human Resource, or a comparable degree program.
  • Knowledge of-and ideally experience with-G Suite applications and Artificial Intelligence.
  • Ideally, knowledge of and experience with Change Management.
  • Strong interest in digital technologies and their application.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Language skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken); German language skills are a strong advantage., This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
