Software Development Manager III, Healthcare Security

Experteer Overview As Engineering Manager for Amazon Healthcare Security, you lead a team building and operating security tooling and platforms that protect patient data across Amazon Health Services. You drive cross-functional security initiatives spanning access control, compliance automation, data governance, and secure enablement of healthcare experiences. You shape technical strategy, manage multiple workstreams, and mentor engineers to become strong contributors.
